I'm sure you've heard the news story about the man who ranted at a Chick-Fil-A employee (Rachel Elizabeth) during a drive-thru visit for his free cup of water. He recorded the incident then posted it, then got fired.
Now, this employee could have gone on TV and played the victim game, could have blasted the man live on national TV, embarassed him to no end...instead: she forgave him and even feels sorry for him that he lost his job.
