Deleted Posts

No you're not going crazy there are blog posts missing.  Well maybe you are going crazy, but that's not why the blog posts are missing.

I have deleted them for the simple reason that I didn't find them truly fruitful.  I still stand by what was written, but didn't feel that they were needed on this blog anymore- not the purpose of the blog nor the direction I would like to take it.  So I removed them.

Now, I can't tell you exactly what direction this blog will go, so guess well will have to wait and see there!

Looooong Weekend!!!

For those of you who live in the US of A will be, hopefully, enjoying a nice 3-day weekend!

I plan to fish. Drink some beer. More fishing, more drinking.

And writing...got three projects that have been on the back burner here.

The place I'm going only has wi-fi in the lodge, and I don't remember how cell service was...so it's an unplugging weekend!

Everyone enjoy their weekend- even if you don't get a long one!

PS- maybe BB(s)J will have picked our next topic and have that list of lies I said...

Going to be a slowing of posts...

While I'm not going to delete this blog entirely, my posting will be even less.  After some prayer and deliberation, I have decided to focus my attention on other priorities.  However, occasionally, as the mood strikes, I will post on here.  But for now, for awhile, there won't be much new stuff coming.

Our job is NOT...

To condemn.
To judge.
To hate.
To fear monger.
To point fingers.
To value us before others.
To look down upon.

Thankfully, we can relieve ourselves of all these burdens that we take upon ourselves.  These jobs are not, were not, meant for us.  And it is wrong for us to assume these tasks AS our jobs.

Again, thankfully, Jesus gave us our "instructions" our REAL jobs, and they are three, but one in the same. OUR job is:

1) To Love God.
2) To Love our neighbor.
3) To Love our enemy.

In short: Love.

That's all we need to do, that's all Jesus WANTS and EXPECTS us to do.
